I began my holistic journey back in 2018 when I started training with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR), using the original “Ingham Method”, created by Eunice D. Ingham. I was immensely happy training on the course and realised holistic therapies, is for me. I am on my natural path and want to share my skills with everyone. My work helps people feel relaxed, grounded, empowered and in control of their bodies and this pushes me to keep learning as much as I can, so I can develop my practice and also my aftercare. I have a passion for all things natural and love being outside with my bare feet on the earth, foraging for edible goodies, finding out about and using medicinal herbs to help keep my body happy and healthy.

I believe to heal and remain healthy we should use natural products made from organic materials found all around us, and we do not have to rely on harsh unnatural products.

I really do hope our paths cross at some point in the future.

I am available for one-to-one and group treatments, public or private events and I am even taking reflexology to festivals.

Please do not hesitate to contact me to find out more about the treatments or if you have any questions.

Love, Peace & Happiness,

Rachael Reflex

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology relieves stress and tension, improves blood supply and promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses and helps achieve homoeostasis.

Reflexologists work with the feet and/or hands with techniques developed and mastered by Eunice Ingham with the support of Dr. Joe Shelby and Dr Riley.

Reflexology can help a number of conditions of the body such as carpal tunnel, morning sickness, drug addiction and joint pain to name but a few.

It's relaxing and rejuvenating and definitely worth a try! Your body will love you for it.

What is Swedish Massage?

Swedish massage is your classic and most common massage. Using techniques like kneading, tapping and rolling it helps energise the body and improve overall well being.

There are two main figures in Swedish massage, Per Henrik Ling and Johann Georg Mezger. Both men had their part to play in making Swedish massage what it is today.

The massage is easily altered to suit you, enjoy a whole body massage, or just focus on the back neck and shoulders, it's totally up to you.

Benefits include, managing pain, reduced stress and increased blood circulation.

It's a classic, why not give it a go!
